Application Form

You can use this form to apply as a vendor in the Join the Picnic Hunt. Please make sure to fill in all the required fields before you click the submit button, otherwise it will give an error message which will tell you which required fields you have not filled in yet. Applications sent in when all the 150 slots in the hunt are filled will be used as back-up. Of course instead of using this form, the option to apply inworld by sending in a  notecard is still a possibility as well.
